Steak Alla Milanese With Dried Manioc

Explanation:
:)
Could also be "Toasted Manioc Flour", but I always like to translate it Dired Manioc.

Steak cutlets dipped in toasted manioc

Explanation:
This is just another suggestion. I do believe Milanesa is common in the USA and would be known as such, but it is similar to veal cutlets and could be described that way as well.

--------------------------------------------------

Or "toasted manioc steak cutlets" although it would be great to use the wonderful word "farofa" since manioc is so unusual and unappetizing sounding here.

agree  Elizabeth Lyons: It is, but is such an ugly name in English I would be loathe to put it on a menu. I still think Farofa is the most culinary-like and elegant choice, not manioc. : )
