I'm pretty sure as to what the author wants to say here, although you may find a better word or phrase for 'tremular':
Flexible non-fixed copper cables...
The cables are not fixed to any point or are loose, perhaps extended overhead or hanging...I'd have to see more of the text.

Wait and see what others have to say, but I don't think 'Tremulares' is a technical term here.
'Tremular' is simply used to reinforce the fact that the cables are flexible - therefore able to move or flex as needed. The cables are not fixed or tied but laid loose... My suggestion.
I'm not 100% - suggestion '3'.

It specifically says that the cables must be of Pirelli type, or similar. I can find nothing on Pirelli Flexible copper cables. Pirelli appears to now be called Prysmian - http://www.prysmian.com - but I can find nothing on Prysmian flexible copper cables either. There are plenty of cables on their site, but what types are the 'tremulares'? The real question is, how can you associate 'tremular' with any specific type of cable, such as a transmission cable? Perhaps your best bet is to simplify and simply translate it to 'flexible copper cables', if you are still not sure. Sorry for not being 100% on 'tremular'.
