Group Busy Hour

HORA DE PICO
Período de 60 minutos consecutivos, durante o dia, em que volume de tráfego de chamadas atinge o máximo. Para a determinação do HMM, mede-se o volume de tráfego a cada 15 minutos e escolhe-se o conjunto de quatro período consecutivos e que ele se mostra mais alto.

HORÁRIO DE PICO
Intervalo horário no qual um call center atende a maior parte das chamadas Saber em que período acontece o pico ( e a que nível chega o volume de chamadas ) é vital para a definição dos horários da equipe, da engenharia de tráfego e para o dimensionamento de necessidades futuras. Um sistema com capacidade duficiente para dar conta do tráfego no horário de pico possibilitará alta qualidade de serviço em qualquer horário.

HORÁRIO DE PICO DO GRUPO
Horário de pico de um determinado grupo de troncos ou agente. Também conhecido por GBH.

Um termo de engenharia de tráfego de telefonia, que refere-se à pior hora do dia para o grupo de troncos. (horário de pico).
