Para conseguir “derrubar” os operadores do RTR é necessário utilizar o AWS Remove colocando o soeid do operador no campo login e o índex que aparece no RTR e depois clicar em Remove Agent.

Quite horrible punctuation, but experience working on IT systems tells me that you need to 'purge' the users from the system. The final paragraph is a lot clearer, so you could perhaps use 'remove/remover', but that doesn't sound quite right to me in IT terms. The 'Purger button' and 'purge' from the system.
