cash flow from accounts receivable Explanation: I think the term "cash flow" is necessary. "Accounts receivable" refers to as yet unpaid bills. Adding the term "cash flow" shows that the management is applied to the financial flow, and not to the unpaid bills themselves (which need a different kind of management).
