This sounds like it's PT/PT, and the meaning of rocio seems to be "dewy, misty, drizzly", which hardly seems to be the sort of description anyone would use in a real estate ad! However, Michaelis cites a Brazilian translation meaning "a worn out field used as pasture". Given the reference to "gramado" in the fragment of the quote, maybe this is the direction to go in..? Although "quadro urbano" then confuses the issue...
