Portuguese term

Bom padrão construtivo, pilotis aparentes, sem recuo e uma grade de ferro faz a

Portuguese to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
This is in an appraisal report under descriptions of the property being assessed:

"Bom padrão construtivo, pilotis aparentes, sem recuo e uma grade de ferro faz a separação do terreno do prédio com a rua."

I'm not clear with above words describing the property. Here is my try on the rest of the sentence:
".... allow separating the ground from the building with the street."

Discussion

Mario Freitas Aug 13, 2015:
Now, Tech, that would have been an excellent suggestion. The issue is not with your suggestion, though, yet with the translation Seth entered in the glossary. You see, people will search for these terms and get the wrong translation.
TechLawDC Aug 13, 2015:
Insufficient room in Glossary. See below. Based on the discussion:
Good structural design, with visible upright supports, without grade steps, and with iron fencing between the building and the street.
Mario Freitas Aug 13, 2015:
@ Seth, I'm sorry, pal, but the answer you chose is wrong all the way through: Aparente doesn't mean apparently, yet apparent (showing, exposed, visible). Recuo is a grade making a section in a lower/different level. Grade is fencing (between the building and the street!). So you posted the first stretch as question and the second stretch translated in the glossary.
Mario Freitas Aug 9, 2015:
Ok, pal no problem for me, you got my suggestion. But if a moderator sees it, they may hide the question.
Seth Phillips (asker) Aug 9, 2015:
I post them all here... because I need a opinion on the construction of the whole sentence.
Mario Freitas Aug 9, 2015:
@ Seth, There are four questions here! Don\'t be lazy, man! Please post them separately!

Good structural design (Good structural execution), apparently with good upright supports, good resistance to earthquakes, and an iron railing at the point of separation of the building plot with the street.
I don\'t think \"recuo\" here means rebound of a concrete surface. That is another technical concept, and \"without rebound\" is nonsense in that context. I think \"recuo\" has to do with earthquake properties.
