The way I translated it leaves the amibiguity..It most likely is better translated by: sourcing of outsourcers... collaboradores...are sub-contractors in this world, IMO...collaborators is not a term used in this context. and I -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 49 mins (2004-11-11 14:54:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- in other words, how, where and at what cost they will get FREELANCERS...so many....sub-contractors is better..
