Stimme Johannes zu, der Satz ist im Spanischen nicht richtig. Müsste z.B. heißen "de modificar" (hierzu tendiere ich eher) oder "que modificó".
Mit dichas reglas wird Bezug genommen auf die "reglas de funcionamiento".
