Estoy traduciendo al alemán un volante de inscripción padronal. Figuran los datos del titular del documento (nombre, NIE, domicilio...) y la frase que menciono arriba, que confirma que la persona está inscrita en esa oficina de empadronamiento.

¿Me podéis ayudar a formularlo en alemán? Me he quedado algo estancada...
