This is the general word we use (you have a countable and non countable noun) and it describes a wide range of partitions.
Just Google 'partitions' and 'building' (Google images) but avoid the word 'architecture' in your search otherwise you get 'hard drives and how to partition them' !

room-dividing
For some reason - probably incorrectly - I get the feeling that these aren't "room creators" as such but rather screens that can be moved in flexible ways...
