Swedish term

de utbildar mot egen personal

Swedish to English Social Sciences Education / Pedagogy Corporate training
Proposed translations (English)
3 to give in-house training

Discussion

Anna Herbst Apr 5, 2013:
This is probably just a case of sloppy grammar. (It would appear a little less odd in speech.) The idea seems to be that the internal educators have a different kind of object for their endeavour. A more natural way to put it in Swedish would probably be "utbildar sin egen personal".

I agree that this is pretty bad Swedish
How would we say 'they train their own personnel'? 'In-house training' is one way
