It is the answer to many questions in an E213 "Detaljerat läkarutla°tande" , it seems to mean something like "zero" in places where a number is expected

Example :
Kan anpassat arbete utföras pa heltid -> Nej
Om inte ange den maximal arbetstid (i timmar eller procent av en arbetsdag) -> F n 0

In other words, the person examined by the physician is unable for the time being to perform any work adapted for the medical issue at hand.
