Samma regler som för part gäller
Swedish to English

Instructions for appeal
Hi, I'm have difficulty coming up with a translation for this. Seems to be an odd construction or to be missing a crucial word although it's contained on a form of the Swedish Courts Administratin. It appears in the following. Thanks for your help!
Samma regler som för part gäller för den som inte är part eller intervenient och som vill överklaga ett i domen intaget beslut som angår honom eller henne.

The same rules apply both to a party (to lawsuit) and to the non-party.
