"samanalys" means an analysis of two or more separate "things" which are analyzed together or in combination. I think "combined analysis" may be best if these "things" are just very few in number, otherwise perhaps "comprehensive analysis" might be better.

In your case, I am not sure whether it is a samanalys of two register, several register, or several things covered by these (two or more) register.
