... come da me certificato.
Secondo me ci sono due typo nel ST. La frase corretta dovrebbe essere la seguente:
"and that the above is as true an extract from the Records of Birth of said City as certified by me"
Altrimenti non ha senso.

Altra ipotesi: is a true and exact extract ecc., as certified by me = è uno stralcio veritiero, estratto dai..., come da me certificato.
Grammaticalmente e sintatticamente, ad ogni modo, c'è/ci sono un/un paio di errore/i, anche perché "extract" è un presente oppure un sostantivo, e non può essere interpretato come "è estratto", che in EN sarebbe "is extractED"".
Secondo me ci sono due typo nel ST. La frase corretta dovrebbe essere la seguente:
"and that the above is as true an extract from the Records of Birth of said City as certified by me"
Altrimenti non ha senso.
