Hello,

I am an aspiring freelance translator who would like to know if there are any safeguards insuring that translators will indeed be paid once a translation is completed.

People can\'t simply rely on good faith alone. Are there laws, be it international or domestic (I am Canadian), or protocol to protect our interests? If so, where can I find them?
