Islanda: IVA si o no?

Ciao a tutti!
Vi leggo sempre con molto interesse anche se non scrivo quasi mai perchè probabilmente sono molto timida.
Ho fatto una piccola traduzione per un'agenzia islandese e ora vorrei inviargli la fattura. Mi sorge però un dubbio: per l'Islanda devo applicare anche l'IVA oppure ci si comporta come per gli altri stati membri UE, cioè niente IVA?
Grazie a chiunque mi potrà dare qualche informazione!

Tempo fa ho chiesto al mio commercialista delucidazioni sull'IVA per le fatture emesse a clienti esteri. Ecco la sua risposta:

Oggetto dell'attività svolta: elaborazione e fornitura dati e/o consulenza tecnica.
CASO A: Il cliente è residente nella CEE :
* se il cliente non è soggetto IVA nel suo Paese (Privato) = SI IVA
* se il cliente è soggetto IVA nel suo Paese (Società o Professionista)= NO IVA

La legge sull'IVA prevede che si tenga conto di vari aspetti per stabilire se una fattura per un cliente extra CEE.
