I hope your Chinese is better than your English! I think what you want to know is which software you need, right? Basically the software available is Windows Encaps, SWIFT from Softel. They are the best on the market. Hope this helps.

You mean "in AN Italian way?"... So the answer to question one is: Both SWIFT and Win Caps are Windows compatible.
