Termstar terms added today aren't being detected

Dear colleagues,

I'm struggling with Transit NXT Freelance plus right now.
The program seems to have stopped detecting some of the terms present in TermStar, even though I've added them to the dictionary today.
It detects some terms from some dictionaries, doesn't detect others from the same or even different dictionaries. I have checked all my settings multiples times and all my dictionaries are present and accounted for (as I can add terms to them) but my terms arent ... See more

It detects some terms from some dictionaries, doesn't detect others from the same or even different dictionaries. I have checked all my settings multiples times and all my dictionaries are present and accounted for (as I can add terms to them) but my terms arent detected by the editor or shown in the TermStar window.

Has anybody had this problem and solved it?

I'm not sure if you can create a new project and dictionary with your version. If so, try that and see what happens.

Have you restarted your computer?

I've created a brand new dictionary, restarted the program, the computer, installed the last update, done all the usual troubleshooting steps. I've also contacted STAR but am still waiting for a response.

Thanks for your update. You're not using the SQL driver for the termbases, are you?
