We are a group of the elite of Egyptian university professors with more than 15 years of professional and practical background. Our principal aim is to add a new cultural dimension to the concept of translation, since: "translation is related to culture, not merely to language, which requires translators to enjoy such a deep understanding of the culture translated to that translated text can earnreaders' acceptance".
The members of Egyptian House for Translation team do have particular assets; as each of them is as perfect in the language of specialization (French, English, German) as in their mother language(Arabic), in addition to vast practical experience in various fields of translation (literary, scientific, legal, etc.).
As our trade name indicates, we geographically and culturally belong to the core of Arab World, Egypt, Where Rifa'ah Altahtawi established the first translation college: Al-alsun School-1831. This respectable school, nowadays known as Al-alsun college- Ain Shams University, and nationally recognized as the most important establishment for teaching foreign languages and translation, is where most of our team members belong. Here, Altahtawi's distinguished grandsons are still working to fulfill his sublime message : language is the only bridge between different cultures, and the translator is the only person able to achieve this bridging, a role that is increasingly significant in globalization era.
Our prices are set to be not too high or too low, but reasonable enough to maintain fair and perfection of our services. |
