Resumo
O presente projeto, a ser desenvolvido em estágio de pós-doutoramento, tem como objetivo central compreender as relações familiares incestuosas e empreender cuidadosa investigação sobre as intervenções institucionais de cunho psicossocial desenvolvidas no cenário nacional e internacional. Justifica-se que o incesto é um fenômeno endêmico, presente nas diferentes sociedades e em contextos sociais diversos. Pretende-se conhecer as premissas que regem as estratégias de organização da Rede de Atenção e Proteção à Criança, ao Adolescente e à Família, bem como identificar as contradições, lacunas e dificuldades que a Rede enfrenta no Brasil e na Inglaterra. Deste modo, a pesquisa envolverá duas diferentes etapas: a primeira, será a consulta bibliográfica nacional, com a realização do levantamento referente às principais iniciativas brasileiras que marcaram as duas últimas décadas (1988-2008), desde a promulgação da Constituição Federal até as mais recentes estratégias de enfrentamento à violência sexual perpetrada contra a criança e o adolescente; e internacional, com a investigação sobre as iniciativas pioneiras quanto às políticas de atenção às famílias incestuosas na Inglaterra. A segunda etapa implicará na pesquisa documental (acervo de processos e casos clínicos) e de campo (visitas às instituições e entrevistas aos profissionais) sobre as diretrizes inglesas que regulamentam os programas de atenção às famílias incestuosas. A justificativa que alicerça o interesse por analisar as instituições inglesas está fundamentada no reconhecimento do pioneirismo da Inglaterra na produção teórico-conceitual relevante sobre a temática, além da ordenação, promulgação e legitimação de programas especializados na atenção às famílias incestuosas. A análise das informações deste estudo qualitativo será amparada pela leitura interdisciplinar que reúne argumentos e pressupostos da Psicologia Social, Psicanálise, Antropologia e Assistência Social. Ao final da pesquisa, pretende-se apresentar uma versão atualizada das iniciativas brasileiras e inglesas na organização dos serviços e intervenção psicossociais junto às famílias incestuosas. Espera-se que este estudo ancore críticas e reflexões profícuas, sem a pretensão de mera comparação de modelos, mas com o firme propósito de aprendizado e edificação de parcerias interinstitucional e internacional na organização da Rede Psicossocial de Atenção às Famílias Incestuosas.

Abstract
The present work, which will be developed under an internship of pos-doctorate degree, aims at understanding the incestuous family relations and at applying careful investigations over psychosocial approach institutional interventions developed in the national and international scenario. Incest is justified as an endemic phenomenon, present in different societies and diverse social contexts. Knowing the premises reacting to the organizational strategies of the Child, Adolescent and Family Care and Protection Network is intended, as well as identifying contradictions, gaps and difficulties that the Network faces in Brazil and in England. Thus, this research will involve two different stages: the first stage will be the national bibliographic search, where the main Brazilian initiatives throughout the last decades (1988-2008) will be surveyed, from the Federal Constitution promulgation to the most recent strategies facing sexual violence perpetrated against a child and an adolescent; and international, investigating pioneer initiatives pertinent to incestuous families care policies in England. The second stage will imply document (clinic cases and process database) and field (institutions visits and professional interviews) research about the British guidelines that regulate the incestuous families care programs. Justifications that are set as base for analyzing British institutions are founded on the acknowledgement of British pioneerism in the conceptual theoretical production relevance about the theme, apart from the ordering, promulgation and incestuous families care specialized programs legitimation. The analysis of this qualitative study information will be sustained by the interdisciplinary reading gathering arguments and presumptions of Social Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Anthropology and Social Work. At the end of the research, presenting an updated version of the Brazilian and British initiatives in the psychosocial interventions and services organization along with incestuous families is intended. Expectations that this study will be set as base for proficuous criticisms and reflections are intended, with no intent on comparing models, but as strong learning and building purpose for inter-institutional and international partnerships in the Incestuous Families Care Psychosocial Network organization.
