I would like to know if I can enrol the course although I can't attend the online session. Will I have access afterwards to the online session through the moodle?

Hello Eva,

Thank you for your interest in training sessions. They will be recorded, and even if you do not attend them you will still get unlimited access to the video and handouts shortly after the sessions are conducted. Hope this helps.

Food Industry Training Dec 2, 2014

The trainer is a Russian who has lived in New Zealand so I assume that the course languages are Russian and English. I am a professional food writer and translator and my languages are French and Hebrew into English. Will any other languages be used on the course?
