ProZ/TV The interpreter's journey: Building resilience, finding renewal
A virtual conference dedicated to the evolving world of interpreting in 2026.
At its heart, the event is about interpreters finding fresh strength, refining their path, staying on the loop of AI advances, and reconnecting with purpose.
After my studies in economics, I had to realize that I am more inclined towards languages. I have been working as a translator for 13 years now, first at an in-house position, but for several years now as a full-time freelancer. My main areas are high-tech products (e.g. mobile phones), finance, software, current affairs, etc.
Based in Budapest, I have been to quite a few countries around the world.
Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, USA, Henry created ProZ.com and now presides over the company behind it. Henry is a former freelance translator, and a part-time hockey coach.
