Organising TM's

I've been planning for some time now to organise my TM's (I use SDL Trados), so I wanted to check with you whether you have any organisational methods when it comes to your TM's, do you keep them all in the same folder or do you classify it by language combinations, categories, clients etc. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
