I replied to questions of non-logged in visitors just only to share my wisdom, not to hunt for Kudoz points. Many Proz users are serious about Kudoz system to prevent abuse: this will maintain value of this system. If we assume no Kudoz abusers, I expect a broad-mind asking system to all visitors.
