Technical support - where is the green button??

Hi,

I have been working with MateCat for several years now, and like it quite a lot, but I have a question now and there is no way I can access the technical support. There used to be this green button, but I cannot find it anywhere now and also no other way to contact the support. Any advice? Thank you!
