My problem using Dragon is surely my bad and deep pronunciation.
My Version is spanish (my language)and with short words like te, de, me, etc, Dragon makes a lot of mistakes.
My micro is fine and my Soundcard is top (400 €), maybe I need to take a spelling course...

I am looking for a way to use Dragon to control the Trados buttons (open/close segments, etc.) It is possible?
Yes, it is possible. The Dragon Help Pages have a section called "Controlling the keyboard". Basically, you just pronounce the name(s) of the key(s). I just did the brackets by saying "open bracket" and then "close bracket" (and the same for the quote marks). You can dictate any Trados command, but it can be a bit long-winded - for example "press key alt insert" to copy source (Alt+Ins).
You can also create shortcuts, so probably you would very soon create a shortcut instead of dictating "press key alt insert" every time.
