I'm currently writing my bachelor's thesis and I would highly appreciate if you help me by filling out my survey. This survey is about freelancers usage of email services in the US.

Maybe I'm wrong and thousands upon thousands of us have already done our bit and filled in the questionnaire, but I've got a feeling not many people are going to click on a link from:

Same here, 'deactivated by the owner'.
This is a lack of respect - as the 'deactivated' message only came AFTER an explanatory message and AFTER I had answered the first question (about whether I had a dedicated e-mail for business use). The best solution would to be to present the 'deactivated' message when the potential respondent clicks on the link, BEFORE any questions are answered.
