Клауза в договор за кредитна линия. Общо взето значението ми е ясно, но така и не попадам на формулировка, която да е придобила гражданственост, поне в интернет пространството. Може би "пазарен срив", или нещо по-малко драматично от "срив", но наистина търся утвърдената формулировка...ако има такава.
